Happy Headingley Homes is an established, independent family business in Leeds which was founded by John & Carol Tunstall in 1994.
We are local student landlords who pride ourselves on a friendly and professional service. We do not use an agent to manage our student rental properties – you will deal directly with us.
We only have 5 fully furnished student rental properties in Headingley, Leeds and regularly update and refurbish them. All of our student properties are located within easy reach of the campuses of both the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University. We spend a lot of time and effort selecting the right tenants and many tenants have stayed with us for more than one year.
We pride ourselves on offering a prompt and personal service and are available for our tenants 24 hours a day.
